Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on any information provided via the Services.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vivault Ltd., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special losses or damages; any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data; or any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services; unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or any third-party services, systems or content.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services and these Terms shall be limited to the total fees you have paid to us for the relevant Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different amount is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

You may request closure of your account at any time, subject to the completion of any outstanding transactions and obligations and subject to applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the affected Services will end; we may retain records where required for legal, regulatory or compliance reasons; and provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will remain in force.
